Dear colleagues and members of the ISLK,

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the author reading and Q&A session with Gary Budden (originally planned for Tuesday, 14 June 2022 at 6pm) has to be rescheduled. The new date is June 28th at 6pm.

As previously communicated, all colleagues and students are cordially invited to join this event, which will take place virtually on Zoom. Registration prior to the event is not required. An updated Zoom link is included below.

Gary Budden is a London-based writer, editor, and co-founder of the independent publisher Influx Press. His writing, which can be described as landscape punk, blends a broad range of traditions including weird fiction, landscape fiction, and horror.
His debut collection Hollow Shores was shortlisted for both the 2015 London Short Story and the Shirley Jackson Award. His story “Greenteeth” was also nominated for a 2017 British Fantasy Award and his latest publication London Incognita (2020) includes “Judderman”, shortlisted for the Shirley Jackson Award.
